I created ILF as a not-for-profit organisation to help people with fibromyalgia syndrome, chronic pain and chronic fatigue to learn new and creative ways of coping with their daily symptoms.
We always aim to share information with you that we believe can help those of us living with fibromyalgia and everyday pain and fatigue.
As a sufferer of fibromyalgia for over twenty years, I discovered how essential it was for me to find ways of achieving a life that is well-balanced, well-paced and well-managed, in order to successfully manage my condition and function effectively and happily in my daily life.
