March Madness
Last night I watched one of the greatest comebacks in NCAA Men's Basketball history. My Texas A&M Aggies were down 12 points with 44 seconds left. They tied the game and forced overtime winning in the second overtime. It reminded me that, no matter how things might look around me, I am called to trust God and keep on loving, serving, and proclaiming until he calls me home. Never give up!
That is one reason I am so excited to be part of Southern Africa Bible College and it's work. Over the last 50 years Southern Africa has seen it share of ups and downs: apartheid, economic issues, disease, and crime to name a few downsides; economic growth, unified government, and middle class growth to name a few of the upsides.
Yet, through it all, SABC has continued to prepare preachers, teachers, evangelists, and church leaders for the area, and will do so for years to come. I am quick to tell people that I am not involved with the school because of its amazing past. I'm involved with this school because of its incredible future.
Your prayers and support make this possible. You are part of something that will have eternal consequences for thousands and thousands of people.
Thank you for your partnership. May God bless you in your service to Him.
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like more information about the school and its activities. Also, let me know when I can come and speak to your congregation or mission committee.
Peace,
Kirk Eason
