Crescent Island is located on Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya. It is simply one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya, often called Naivasha’s best kept secret. It is private, secure and patrolled by guides who accompany guests on a guided walk. Crescent Island is a peninsular and is accessible by boat and by road.
The shores host abundant bird-life with huge numbers of pelicans, cormorants and fish-eagles.

There are more animals per acre than any other Kenyan Park, with herds of Wildebeests, Water-bucks, Zebras and Gazelles.
The park is not fenced allowing wildlife on the mainland to traffic at leisure.
The Crescent Island hill provides a 360 degree view of Lake Naivasha, Mt.Longonot, Hell’s Gate, the Mau Escapement and the Aberdares.
Walk along the ridge, watch the animals graze with the water shimmering beyond, in the golden hour just before sunset this is what Africa is about.
