Recent News
- Preparations are being made to move Grade 6 from M.C. Smith Intermediate School to the Junior High School for the start of the 2016-17 school year (September 2016)
- Meetings with administrators and teachers are ongoing (as related to the first stage of the project, the Grade 6 move)
- A committee meeting is planned for the week of March 21st to discuss improvement measures for the storm water runoff at the MCSIS site
- Grades 3 & 4 will be relocated within MCSIS (during Summer 2016) so that renovations can begin for the Grade 2 wing
- The District will be working with the City of Hudson to conduct traffic studies at the High School and MCSIS campuses (between now and June)
- Meetings are being scheduled for all stakeholders for input in the design features (specific dates and times still to be announced)
