Pull Back to Launch Ahead

The role of reflection in your success

Do you remember those little cars when you were a kid? They didn't have batteries, no pull string, nothing to catapult the car forward except one, basic move - you had to pull it back before it would launch ahead. In the world of business, pulling the car back is equivalent to reflection.
