As promised in the listserv message about reporting in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) sent on March 4, 2016, the Office of HIV/AIDS Housing has published a new manual for Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) grantees using IDIS Online. The manual explains how to set up, fund, and draw funds for HOPWA and HOPWA-C grantees in IDIS. Also included in the manual are instructions for how to complete activities in IDIS now that household output and outcome accomplishment data is no longer required in IDIS, as per the announcement made on March 4, 2016. (Please note that household output and outcome data is still required on the CAPER (HUD-40110-D) and APR (HUD-04110-C) forms.)

The manual is intended for people who are already familiar with HOPWA entitlement rules and regulations, and HOPWA Competitive Grantee Operation Instructions. It is not a regulatory or policy training guide, and assumes that users have acquired that knowledge from other training and/or experience.
