FAST Act Review 

When: Wednesday, April 6th from 5-7 p.m.
Where: Empire Building, 205 N 10th St, Boise (downstairs)

Join us for presentations from ISG's Elaine Clegg, COMPASS' Matt Stoll, and Valley Regional Transit's Kelli Fariless on the FAST Act– legislation that was recently passed by Congress authorizing federal policy and spending on surface transportation for the next five years. Learn what is in the bill and what it means for transportation in the Treasure Valley. More info here.

Moving People First Summit

We are co-sponsoring the upcoming Moving People First Summit on April 13th, at the Riverside Hotel in Garden City. Produced by ULI-Idaho, the summit touches on street design and health, local projects putting people first in transportation and a call to action for change. Idaho Walk Bike Summit 2016

We are partnering with Idaho Walk Bike Alliance to bring together advocates, health community leaders, city staff, planners, transportation departments, legislators, and interested citizens in a collaborative effort to promote nonmotorized transportation in Idaho. The summit is Thursday, May 12th and Friday, May 13th. Register here
COMPASS Photo Contest

COMPASS is asking people to submit photos of roadways, walking and biking, public transportation, and freight to the "Treasure Valley: On the Go!" photo contest through July 2016. More info here.
