The Society for Vascular Medicine is pleased to present a two-day intensive Fellows Course, designed to highlight vascular medicine for interventionists, surgeons and vascular medicine specialists.

Developed for fellows in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, interventional vascular medicine, interventional radiology and vascular surgery disciplines, the course will be held at the Westin Long Beach in Long Beach, California, June 16-17, 2016.

VIVA’s popular CLI Pre-Course features must-see cases from around the world. Each presenter walks attendees through a challenging case and the decision-making that led to its successful outcome. A panel of experts weighs in on the case, offering different perspectives on novel strategies for tackling the toughest cases attendees see in practice.

Tony Das, MD shows a unique, staged approach to treating an elderly woman with co-morbidities and an infected aorto-bifemoral bypass that had been removed and replaced with a vein bypass that became occluded and caused resting pain.
