Help us advertise AND fundraise to support the dance at the same time! Purchase a booklet of 10 50-50 raffle tickets to sell to friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors or just purchase single tickets to enter the raffle. Tickets will be on sale until October with the drawing for the big winner on Saturday, October 1, 2016. Contact Ruth or Reilly at a contra dance for more information or to purchase.

APRIL UPDATE

Dear Dancers,
I don't have a lot of new information (I may have perhaps overload the March newsletter?) to impart to you today. However, I would like to highlight just at couple things.
Raffle Tickets.
Dayton Dance Pictures and Memories.
Yard Sale.
See what I did there? Ok, ok.
The 50-50 Raffle drawing is in October so you have plenty of time to get many tickets! We're hoping to sell at least 1000 tickets which means with the investment of $1 or more, you could win upwards of $450. The proceeds of this raffle will help us get a better sound system and/or help support the costs of the Dayton Dance.
Remember to share your memories of Dayton Dance through pictures or stories. We want to celebrate 20 years of Dayton Contra and want to know how it has impacted your life.
Starting today, donate items to our Yard Sale Fundraiser we are planning to hold in Belmont Estates on May 7. See Ruth for more details.
Oh! I can't believe I forgot! We are so pleased to announce that Shenandoah Valley Contra Dance is now an official non-profit organization! We are very excited for what this means to the organization and hope it will help it continue on for another 20 years or more!
