Love Yourself to Life this April
It's time my dear friend. It's time that we stop wasting so much of our precious time walking around as zombies of our own self sabotage, talking ourselves down into a dazed nightmare of self doubt and comparisonistius.
From my own personal experience, and through working with fabulous women every day, I know that most of us ladies of the modern world feel as if we’re aboard a roller coaster ride of high and lows, elevation and confidence to self-doubt and feeling small…
We get moments and glimpses where we are really on fire, where we know our worth, where we stand tall, talk freely and smile from a deep place of self-love and love for life. But, if you are anything like me, these moments just don't seem to last long enough and it's all too easy for the confidence to be zapped right outta us!
But this is no fault of our own. It is where we find ourselves at this time in evolution, shedding away thousands of years of oppressive conditioning and re-training our animal instinct minds to becoming the self aware, responsible, creators of our worlds… and we are doing a damn fine job my friends…
So this month, I wish for you to pledge that you will Love Yourself to Life. To truly choose to love yourself in every moment, in every day, despite where you are or what you are doing, just to watch and love yourself for the beautiful unfolding of Divine Life and Grace that you are…
To truly believe and feel deep in your heart that you are enough.
That you deserve to be happy.
That you are capable of great things.
That you deserve love.
That you are enough, just the way you are.
With this kind of attitude, you are truly alive, and this, is where the real magic can truly begin.
Say it with me: I AM ENOUGH.
