Members of the Wilkinson-St. David’s Sponsorship Group will be in front of Room 3 between 8:30 - 9:00 AM this Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 as well as April 7 and April 8 next week to receive any donations you would like to submit in person. If you would like to contribute but can't come to the school, you can make a donation online.
The group is also having a BAKE SALE on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, in Room 3 during Morning Recess and the Lunch Hour. All proceeds will be going towards sponsoring a Syrian Refugee Family.
Please help with the bake sale if you are able! You can drop off baked goods in Room 3 any time after 8:15 am on Wednesday, April 13. Remember, baked goods should not contain nuts or nut products. Please mark if it is non-halal. Halal food items should not contain vanilla, gelatin or lard. Lecithin should be vegetarian based, such as soya lecithin.

On the morning of Friday, April 1st, students in Grades 4-6 will attend an assembly in Room 3 that will discuss the Syrian Refugee Crisis.
Students will see a short video clip about a Grade 4 girl living in a refugee camp, and will hear from a guest speaker from Lifeline Syria who is a recently-arrived refugee.
