Fowler Bauld & Mitchell Ltd. is currently seeking an Intermediate Architect to join their firm. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and talented architect with 5 to 7 years of experience (as a licensed architect) and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in building design and detailing. The successful candidate will both lead and assist in the design and management of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
Applicants should:
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Be proficient in applying the National and Nova Scotia Building Codes
- Possess a superior knowledge of building science and construction techniques
- Possess excellent analytic, written, and oral communication skills
