AmericaServes Network Updates

| The AmericaServes team is committed to keeping key stakeholders apprised of our progress. Over the past few months, we've been working diligently with local organizations in North Carolina's Triangle and South Carolina's Low Country regions. These communities have wrapped up their Network planning phase, and are currently preparing for go-live. |

- As of 31 March, there are 1,533 unique veterans, servicemembers, and military families that either self-referred or were referred by Network Providers into the NYServes - NYC Network
- On 25 February, the Network hosted its fourth In Progress Review (IPR) with key stakeholders from both New York and across the country. You can view the IPR presentation materials here
- NYServes - NYC's two year pilot phase will end on 30 June, and the Network's leadership team is working on finalizing the Network's next steps to ensure that this invaluable resource continues to serve the region's veterans, servicemembers and their families

As of 31 March, there have been 2,114 unique assistance requests created to connect veterans, servicemembers, and military families to services, resources, and care. Top demands for services include housing (30%), employment (27%) and legal assistance (11%)

- As of 31 March, there are 752 unique veterans, servicemembers, and military families that either self-referred or were referred by Network Providers into the NCServes-Metrolina Network
- On 5 February, NCServes - Metrolina hosted its second In Progress Review (IPR). The event was attended by Network stakeholders and funders. Most notably, Walmart's Senior Director of Military Programs, Brigadier General Gary Profit (USA, Ret.) attended the event, highlighting both Walmart's commitment to serving military families and supporting North Carolina's local communities. - On Wednesday, 23 March, the Network hosted its monthly focus group with several Network Providers. These focus group meetings have been key to understanding the Providers' experience and help to shape continuous improvement as the Network grows

- As of 31 March, there are 333 unique veterans, servicemembers, and military families that either self-referred or were referred by Network Providers into the PAServes - Greater Pittsburgh Network
- PAServes - Greater Pittsburgh is preparing for its first In Progress Review (IPR) on 6 April. During the IPR at Robert Morris University and in partnership with Heinz Endowments and Pittsburgh Mercy, we'll cover progress for the Network's 1st and 2nd quarters. AmericaServes Expansion
- As part of AmericaServes' expansion efforts, our team has been meeting with many localities interested in establishing a regional Network. One of these meetings was hosted in North Carolina's Fayetteville region, and was covered by the Fayettevile Observer in this article
- On 1 April, IVMF released the Request for Proposal for the SCServes-Low Country Coordination Center. We encourage you to share the opportunity within your network. - On 30 January, IVMF released the Request for Proposal for the NCServes-Raleigh/Durham Coordination Center, and has received strong responses from interested organizations. The AmericaServes leadership team, in addition to select community partners from the Raleigh/Durham region are currently reviewing the responses and are planning for a 1 June Network soft launch with the competitively selected Coordination Center and Network Providers
