Go the Distance

Austin Runners Club has gone the distance in supporting the Trail! As the beneficiary of the Distance Challenge, TTF will receive $12,000 dedicated to the Trail Bridge at Congress Ave.

The Austin Distance Challenge is a series of the most prestigious local running events, progressing in distance, starting in the fall and culminating in the Austin Marathon & Half Marathon in February. The Distance Challenge for next year is now open and TTF will be the beneficiary once again. Thank you ARC!

Update: Trail Bridge at Congress Avenue

The construction document package is being finalized by Freese and Nichols for the Trail Bridge at Congress Avenue for our late-spring submission to the City for the permit process.

Thank you to our newest project sponsors - Texas Realty Capital, The Stahl Family Foundation, Ellen & Steve Miura, HomeAway and Austin Runners Club
It's My Park Day

Thank you to the volunteers who joined us at this year's It's My Park Day on Saturday, March 5th! With the help of UT's Helping Hornz and a team of Patagonia staff members, we planted 20 small bald cypress trees near the boat ramp near the Holiday Inn, continuing to support the Butler Trail Ecological Restoration.
Thanks For Helping #AmplifyTrailLove

Amplify Austin has come and gone this year and once again we are truly grateful for your outpouring of Trail Love.

This year, TTF  was able to raise over $20,000 for the Trail in 24 hours. Thank you to every one who donated!

We also want to thank those of you who liked, shared, retweeted or favorited our posts on social media. You helped us get the word out and are the reason for the success. Each dollar raised will go directly toward providing improvements to YOUR Trail!
