New staff member

Squarell is still expanding and therefore we're pleased to introduce the latest force in our team: Lex van der Linden. With already nine years experience in the automotive industry, he knows his way in and around cars very well. He joins the team to resolve tickets even faster in the Support Portal.

Last month we updated iUpload to version 2.6.9. The update is required for the compatibility with the recently updated ExpertView web app.

Recommended cables for all SOLID users

We recommend SOLID users to make sure they have the following cables in their possession:

6698-SU cable: used to reconfigure SOLID devices on your desk.
8600-R4 cable: used in case of technical difficulties with devices already installed in vehicles. It connects to your laptop with iUpload and makes it possible to scan the device for pinpointing the problem so our technical department can resolve the issue.
