Message from the Women Build Committee Chair
By mobilizing volunteers and community partners, Habitat for Humanity Manitoba works with people from all walks of life to build safe, decent, affordable housing for purchase by low-income working families.
As we kickoff another fantastic women build fundraising season with events taking place in April, May & June I wanted to take a moment to comment on the amazing work that the Women Build committee does every year.

This year will mark the 6th Annual Garden Party Fashion Show and we have an amazing show in store! Join us on Sunday, April 24th at the Delta Winnipeg for an afternoon of fun, fashion, family and friendship. Enjoy lunch while being treated to fashions from local boutiques on models of all ages and sizes. There will also be fantastic prizes, including the chance to win two tickets anywhere WestJet flies!

The Amazing Foot Rally presented by Canadian Footwear
Join us on May 15th at Assiniboine Park for the 4th annual The Amazing Foot Rally. Every year we invite teams to explore a part of Winnipeg, compete for prizes and help build a new home for a Winnipeg family.
The race is part scavenger hunt, part treasure hunt and part road rally. Just like on TV, there are physical and mental challenges and a whole lot of fun. A great morning out for all ages!

Save the date for the 7th annual Holes for Homes Golf Event, June 3, 2016 at the beautiful Lorette Golf Course.
The Holes for Homes event is a great opportunity to enjoy a morning or afternoon of golf while supporting the opportunity for a Habitat family to realize their dream of home ownership.
Don’t worry if your golf skills are more bogie than birdie everyone has a chance to win great prizes and there are contests/surprises at various holes. Golfers have a choice of a morning or afternoon shotgun followed by an amazing meal.
