Highlands East Plein Air Arts Festival, Sept. 8 - 11, 2016

Please join us again for this year's Plein Air Arts Festival. Last year we had a good turnout for our exhibition with many paintings finding their way to happy homes.

It's out! Our 2016 brochure is being distributed now. if you want to pick up a brochure or two drop into the Municipal Office in Wilberforce and see Tracy at the front desk. 

If you would like a substantial number of brochures email the coordinator Gary Blundell garyandvic65@yahoo.com with your address and let him know how many you would like.  If you would like Gary to speak to your group, let him know and we will come to you.
