The Solexy explosion proof Bluetooth serial adapter allows for a wireless connection between two devices or from the field to the control room. Eliminating costly cables and connections required for hazardous locations, resulting in major cost savings.
Design to operate with RS232 or RS485/422, making adaptation in the field a breeze.
The Serial to Bluetooth radio is housed in a Solexy WA (Corrosion resistant Powder coated Aluminum Enclosure) or the WS (Electro-Polished ANSI 316 (CF8M) stainless Steel enclosure).
The Radio transmission is protected through a Solexy AX or RX series Ex and intrinsically safe antenna coupler.
The explosion proof Bluetooth serial adapter is set up through a Windows configuration tool or through dip switches and there is no requirements for any special drivers or support software.
