Ian Kinsler, who was among MLB leaders in HRs and RBIs in Spring Training, continued his winning ways Tuesday. Batting leadoff, he singled, hit a 3-run HR, and smacked a go-ahead RBI single in the 11th to give the Tigers an 8-7 win over the Marlins.

The only bad news about Ian Kinsler on Tuesday is that his game-winner came off Marlins reliever (and fellow Member of the Tribe) Craig Breslow, who took the loss. However, Breslow got Kinsler back moments later when he picked off Kinsler out trying to steal second base.

Toronto CF Kevin Pillar stroked two singles and stole his first base of the season in a 3-2 loss to the Rays.

Dodgers CF Joc Pederson went hitless but drew a walk, stole a base, and nearly collided with Yasiel Puig while making a tough catch in center.

Brewers LF Ryan Braun hit a sweet double in a 2-1 loss to the Giants.

Oakland 3B Danny Valencia went hitless in a 5-4 loss to the White Sox.
