Final ACH Sweep: April 5

The final ACH sweep, which will sweep the remaining balance due to the council for all cookies received during the 2016 Cookie Program, will take place.

Please note: Snap+ is not correctly calculating the troop proceeds for the Trios so the Troop Balance Summary in Snap+ may appear to be off. The ACH email you received reflects the correct calculations based on the number of packages that were listed in Snap+ when the information was pulled.

If you have not received your ACH email with the total amount to be withdrawn, please contact info@gsiowa.org with the subject line â€œMissing ACH Emailâ€ for quicker processing.

If you need to submit any Girl Shortage Forms for families with outstanding debt, be sure to do so by April 3.

When to Expect Cookie Dough and
Recognition Items

Cookie Dough will be distributed by the end of April. Cookie Dough will be sent directly to girls with family email addresses on file; those without will have a hard copy mailed to them.

Girls who have earned their memberships for the 2016-2017 year will receive notification via email in early April.

Recognition items will be sent to Service Unit Product Chairs (SUPCs) during the first 2 weeks of May. They will receive all recognition items for troops and Juliettes from ABC Bakers. Be sure to note any missing or damaged items, then sign and email the packing slip to info@gsiowa.org within three days of receiving items.

Please note that technology recognitions (iPad or laptop) will not be delivered with the other items. We will contact those families who have earned the iPad or laptop with more information about receiving their item directly.

Troop Product Managers (TPMs) â€“ be sure to get a receipt and keep a copy for yourself when picking up recognition items. Do not distribute recognitions to girls with an outstanding balance or a missing Product Program Permission Form; these recognitions should be sent back to a council leadership center.
