Rest Posture Screen – Get off that chair! I’ve been enjoying these alternatives to sitting for myself and my clients. Anna Harman from Movement Rev provides video of 12 postures that will highlight imbalances and restore symmetry. The end result is to improve mobility, posture and ultimately reduce injury and pain.

Turkish Get Up – The TGU is an exercise worth learning. It promotes mobility, stability, and strength for the shoulders and hips. This full body exercise requires you to move with focus and skill, synchronizing every part of your body starting from the core. It can be beneficial for everyone from athletes to elders, including those who are extremely capable or even addressing an injury.
