Once again we have lined up another fantastic and eclectic selection of new works. Some new makers coming to the gallery too including Chris Keenan. We continue to push the focus towards sculpture whilst retaining several affordable everyday ceramicists whose work has both utility and beauty.
Each and every maker we welcome to the gallery has a strong heritage of creating work of the highest calibre or we are tipping them to become a modern great.
April sees Chris Keenan Aand Emily-Kriste Wilcox join the gallery and the long awaited return of Carne Griffiths.
We are bringing a broad selection of work typical in the gallery with a few special pieces added in. Here are a few of those whose work will be on display.
Simon Gudgeon - Bronze Sculpture
We have added the Lyrebird from Simon's Collection Series to the gallery. Priced at £3600.00 and measuring 37cm tall by 12cm wide and 7cm deep it is a very impressive bronze sculpture and a great start to any collection.
Emily-Kriste Wilcox - Painting In Clay
Carne Griffiths - Ink, Tea, Whisky, Paper - What A Mix!
We are delighted to welcome Carne back to the gallery with a new body of work. All originals they are stunning in their detail, completion and originality.
Chris Keenan - Porcelain Mastered
Chris' work arrives in mid April and is part of his latest firings. There are few better artists working in porcelain available today.
Tom Homewood - Coming Soon
We are overjoyed to have been selected to show Tom's work in the near future. He is currently working on a body of work to show at Bils & Rye in the near future.
Veronique Paquereau - Coming Soon
We recently discovered the unusual mixed media work of French artist Veronique. Her work captivated us to such a level we immediately purchased one! From there led to discussions and we are happy to announce we will have work for the gallery in the near future.
