The journey began in late October of 2015. Michelle, Ian and 5 others traveled to the Island of Grenada on an apostolic mission under Dr. Peter Wyns' leadership to gain the Lord’s perspective and plans for these people and how we may partner with the Lord to reach them.  They learned that nearly 75% of the entire population is made up of youth and young adults under the age of 25. This is a staggering statistic for a nation that is in the balance! Grenada is and always has been a Christian nation, a lot like the United States. However, just like the United States, Grenada’s youth are turning away from the Lord. They also realized that the church culture consisted of different denominations and unfortunately very divided. Our mission became clear... “Reach the youth” and “Bring Unity to the Community”. That was the message preached in many different churches on that trip to lay the foundation. Then on March 19th Ian returned to Grenada with Matt Wyns to partner with the YWAM base there to further this apostolic mandate. They had the privilege of praying with people from different churches, including leaders and built stronger relationships with them. So, in essence, we were able to see the first fruits of great unity! Also, we witnessed the first fruits of a great harvest at a youth camp that was hosted by YWAM where 31 youth from the ages of 8 to 15 gave their lives to Jesus Christ after a simple yet powerful presentation of the Gospel! Under no pressure and completely innocent! It was so powerful! "Saints, Grenada is primed for a great harvest!"

     This June 11th through the 18th U2I will be partnering with CFM under Dr. Peter Wyns' and help lead a massive evangelistic outreach in every area of Grenada. We will be partnering with many churches in street evangelism, preaching, prayer and the arts to reach the next generation with the love of Christ! We plan to take roughly 30 people from here in the States to assist in this ordained endeavor. As you know brothers and sisters this is an expensive task in many ways. Financially, spiritually, mentally and physically. We ask that you would prayerfully consider supporting us in whatever way is possible for you. Whether it be financially, prayerfully or even if you are interested in going with us. If you are interested in going with us then please let us know ASAP because there is a deadline to purchase airfare. However, our biggest need at the moment is financial so we ask that you pray about supporting us in this way specifically. 

   There you have it saints! Having said all of that, now the vision is hopefully clear. We thank you for your love and support for together we can make a difference in reaching a nation.
