The exfoliating qualities of cinnamon, combined with turmeric, which is famous for its pore refining, detoxifying properties, and the addition of orange essential oil that promotes natural skin glow and discourages dry wrinkled skin makes this soap an all-rounder for fresh, revitalised and moisturised skin.

THE OLIVE TREE
- The olive tree has an average life span of around 400 to 500 years. Although its exact age cannot be verified, an ancient olive tree located on the Greek island of Crete (pictured) is one of seven olive trees in the Mediterranean believed to be at least 2,000 to 3,000 years old.
- The harvesting of olives began a very long time ago, some say around 5,000 B.C.
- The ancient Greeks believed the olive tree was a gift from the goddess Athena and began using olive oil in their religious rituals.
- Olives are rich in Vitamin E and ‘good fat’.
- Homer, the immortal Greek poet, called olive oil "liquid gold"
- The olive branch is usually a symbol of peace
- Hippocrates called it “the great healer”
- 7 litres of olives are pressed to produced 1 litre of olive oil
- Olive Oil is one of the pillars of the Mediterranean diet since Ancient Greece and Rome, more than 3,000 years ago.

TURMERIC
Turmeric is native to South West India. Just like many of nature's amazing natural ingredients, turmeric has valuable skin benefits as well.
There is a long list of skin care benefits associated with turmeric, including
- being a cleanser for acne-prone skin.
- helps prevent the signs of ageing, and is used to diminish wrinkles, keeping skin supple and improving skin’s elasticity.
- Anti-inflammatory - help reduce redness from blemishes and flare-ups

How do I get the most out of my soap?
For longer soap life, please allow the soap to dry between uses.
- The natural glycerine contained in our natural handmade Cold Process soaps attract moisture from the atmosphere, therefore, it is important to store your soap on a soap rack out of water between uses as it may become soft if continually exposed to moisture.
- Our soaps, if kept in the right conditions and used daily, should last anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks

We had the pleasure of meeting Sheldon Ross at the Natural and Organic Supershow. It was truly inspirational to hear his story as well as listening to his experience and advice. In 1989 Sheldon Ross founded ST.DALFOUR in Australia. Well, the next day, he sent us a small write up from what he saw at our stall as well as the conversation we had and why we decided to open a very small business called Eleos Skincare.
