Dr. Larrow's Newsletter Is Back!
Delays & Dr. Larrow's Maternity Leave
As Dr. Larrow's maternity leave comes to an end this month of April, we just want to thank everyone for your patience. We also need to inform you that there will still be some delay in response times for calls, emails, etc. in the coming months as we adjust to our new family life with the little one. We ask that you bear with us for a bit longer as we'll do everything we can to get you the answer or help that you need as soon as possible.
In order to help this process along, we will try to answer calls/emails additionally on Sundays and Mondays now as well as making any necessary calls or emails on those days. We will err on the side of caution, however, and start with Mondays only. As I speak to/email with you individually I will ask if a Sunday call is ever appropriate (and only in extreme urgency situations of course), or not. In short, you will not be bothered on Sunday unless you expressly state to us otherwise.
Additionally, I may ask if you would be willing to accept an email/call from us closer to a 7:30pm or 8pm time during the week. Again, none of this will happen without your express interest. Thanks.
Appointment Confirmations And Distance
Due to Dr. Larrow's new family obligations, she will no longer be showing up to far away appointments if no confirmation has been established the week of as she would normally do. When we attempt to confirm your Friday or Saturday appointment the Wednesday before, please do Dr. Larrow your best by trying to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to setup a special circumstance where Dr. Larrow need only show up to your scheduled appointment without confirmation then please let us know. In that case, you must be the one to contact us ahead if Dr. Larrow should not come. If you fail to do so then, unfortunately, a travel charge, in the form of mileage expense, will be added to your account. You'll be notified of this charge via phone, email, and/or mail. This fee, if not immediately remitted, is not something that would bar you from Dr. Larrow's services as your health is paramount to her.
