Spring Has Sprung and the Farm is Full of New Babies!

Last week we said that we had some exciting news to share from our animal family and we are happy to announce that our new registered twin female sheep have arrived.  These sweet baby girls are just six-weeks old and are still being bottle fed. 
The twins were picked up this past weekend from North Carolina and brought back to their new forever home here in sunny Elkton, Florida.  They enjoyed a road trip adventure with Sebastien and Mimi Gros back to our farm,  including multiple potty breaks and snacks as well as a few stops for some fun.   The girls agreed that the best part of the trip was the all-you-can eat hay snacks and the stop at the Thermal City Gold Mine.

SUNDAY BRUNCH:

We are proud to announce that we are well on our way to launching our Sunday Brunch.  We would like to thank you for your patience as we have been expanding and training our Golf Bistro staff in order to expand the hours and menu offerings.  Before month's end we look forward to offering a limited dinner service in preparation of offering a Friday Night International Menu and Saturday Grill Night; both offering fresh, local, farm-to-fork menu items with an international flare.  As a step towards our Sunday Brunch, we will begin to offer a "Flap Jack and French Toast Breakfast" paired with fresh seasonal fruits on Sunday mornings.  Our Sunday "Flap Jack and French Toast Breakfast" menu will offer an all you can eat variety of pancakes and french toast offerings for $9.95/person*. 
We look forward to announcing the launch of our World Class, Farm-to-Fork, Sunday Brunch very soon.

HARVEST:

Blueberries are still available!  Come and get them while they are still in stock. 

Local organic lettuce varieties including fennel , curly kale and black kale are available.

 

MEATS:

Next week we will have a variety of local free range pork products available for purchase.  We will feature the meats from Regional Seasonal, our local St. Augustine pork provider.  Products that will be available include ground pork, seasoned and unseasoned pork sausage and pork chops.  The prices will range from $10.50/lb -$12.99/lb.
