An anti-Trump PAC backed by billionaire Stan Hubbard is funding ground operations aimed at making sure anti-Trump delegates are selected for July's nominating convention. In this "unprecedented use of super PAC cash", Hubbard said the PAC and other big donors will "certainly try to influence people. I could call a delegate and say what I think, if they’d talk to me.
