Is it Spring Yet?

After a mild winter here in New England, spring is now taking her time arriving! We get a few nice days, then BAM - more cold and/or snow. Crazy stuff - but I know it will warm up here eventually.

And this is the time of year when things start to get crazy busy in the studio. Lots of events and exhibitions, and the shops I work with locally do their spring cleaning and look for fresh merchandise. So I keep busy painting a lot - and do my best to keep you all up to date on where you can see and buy my newest pieces.

Going on right now:
I have two paintings in the Newburyport Art Association's Spring Members Exhibit. "Along for the Ride" (above) and "State Street" (below). The show runs through April 30, so be sure to check it out if you are in the area.

Also - for the months of April and May, I am having a solo exhibit of a few of my paintings at the Chococoa Cafe at the Tannery Mill in Newburyport. The theme for the exhibit is "Food Art" - and 9 of my food-themed paintings are displayed in the cafe. Be sure to check them out if you are in the area - and get yourself one of their famous gourmet whoopie pies while you are there!
