ANZAC Buscuits

The tradition of ANZAC biscuits dates back to World War I, when the women of Australia sent them to their sons, husbands and brothers serving in the war. As they were hard and long-lasting, they were perfect to survive the long journey by sea.

They are a great recipe to make with your kids to celebrate ANZAC Day.
