Nonprofit Sustainability Workshop sponsored by the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana
May 11, 2016 and June 20-21, 2016
Nonprofit sustainability lies not at some far off magical destination, but in senior leaders coming together, understanding the organization’s business model and then making strategic decisions which will increase programmatic and financial sustainability.
In this interactive clinic, nonprofit leaders will work with their teams and peers to complete a matrix map to see their organization in a new manner and engage in discussions in how to increase their sustainability.
NOTE: This workshop is a rare learning opportunity and not a part of our typical public offerings. Preference will be given to organizations who serve or are located in Southern Indiana.
