We have just released our 2013 Cabernet Franc (our first ever 100% Cabernet Franc) and it is now available online and in our tasting room. 

Our 2013 Cab Franc displays luscious aromas of fig, toffee, smoked meat and plum with delicious flavours of cassis, dark chocolate, cherry cola and blackberry. This Cab Franc was picked on November 5th, 2013 and was aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak. We only produced 167 cases and are already down to under 90 cases so it is selling very quickly!

Official Yard Wine release set for Saturday, April 30th on the Upper Bench patio

 

Just in time for the beginning of the Okanagan Spring Wine Festival, we will be holding a special tasting and the official release of our 2013 Yard Wine. Join our winemaker, Gavin Miller, on the Upper Bench patio this Saturday, April 30th from 11am-1pm for a special tasting of Yard Wine plus 10% off case purchases. There may even be some cheesy treats available. This is your opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge about this brand new wine, which is a Meritage-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
