RAFFLE BASKET FUNDRAISER
One of the ways we create a magical show experience is through our Raffle Baskets. It's an opportunity for Show families and the families that are just taking classes to participate in a creative and lucrative fundraiser and support the show. Each class is sponsoring a basket and is reflected on the sign up genius.  Click on an item you would like to donate for your child's class.  It's that easy!  Sign up here and bring your donation to your Tuesday or Thursday class.  You may also sign up on the hard copy at classes on Tuesday or Thursday!
Thank you for being a part of the magic.  Click here for your Raffle Basket Donation sign up link.

PROPS
Props Committee needs help this weekend at rehearsals! We need to make dandelion seeds galore! Here is a note from Patrick Kehoe, Props Chair:
I have about 400, 18 inch branches that need to be strung with 'fur' yarn for the dandelion seeds. I will bring the supplies Friday (and leave for Saturday day also) to the rehearsal should anyone be available to stay and help with this. If you are available, bring a pair of scissors and a glue gun if you have one (if not, I have extras).  Friday night at drop off, I will go over the details - thank you.

MAKEUP TUTORIAL
SIGN UP HERE for tutorial interest.
Please sign up if you plan on attending a Basic Makeup Tutorial Saturday, May 7th, 11-11:45am on Super Saturday. We will only have the tutorial if we have enough people interested.

Rehearsal Information

HERE IT IS: OUR REHEARSAL MUSIC!!:
Sing out loud, sing out strong by clicking this link which will take you to our rehearsal music!
And then you can do your homework:
1. Go over all your lines, songs & choreo 1x this week.
2. Be Off-Book by Saturday's rehearsal.

Questions about Choreography or Vocals?:
If you are having trouble with any of your choreography or vocals, here are the steps you should take to get some help:
  1. Ask a friend. Ask someone in the same group as you if they can help you with your part.
  2. Ask one of the interns (Aly Ely, Emily Booth, Gwen Olson) if they can go over the part you are having trouble with during break.
  3. If you still have a question about your part, then you should ask the director, choreographer, or vocal director.
Missing Rehearsal:
If you miss a rehearsal, it is your responsibility to get all the notes, blocking, etc that you have missed. You need to first ask a friend/Rehearsal Buddy. Second, ask someone in your same cast grouping. Lastly, if you still have questions, you can come to Sarah the Stage Manager for help.

Please plan to arrive 5 mins before your call so that you are ready to work! Also bring each week: your script, a pencil, comfortable modest clothes, appropriate shoes for choreo (no flip-flops or bare feet), a water bottle, a snack/lunch/dinner & something to do while you are waiting.

Check here for your cast groupings.

Looking for something different this summer? We are offering a limited number of intern positions in both camps: Intern directors, choreographers, vocal directors, recreation, and administrative interns. These are fun roles, aimed at growing our more experienced CYT teens in areas they would perhaps one day, like to perform independently in a show setting!

If your are an older teen or young adult, looking to grow in one of these areas, please email Mary Jo.
