WE LOVED OPENING OUR STUDIOS TO FAMILIES & FRIENDS!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED OUR SPRING OBSERVATION WEEK.

We hope you enjoyed watching your child's teacher in class. From Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, and our conditioning classes, our teachers are the backbone of the school. Thank you for letting us provide the best dance education we can give.

April events:

Registrations are coming in for our 2016 - 2017 school year. Please make sure to register to hold our child's spot in a class. Click here to register.
April 22nd - Deadline for extra recital T-shirts. Please note: All Dressing Room helpers and students performing in the recital receive a T-shirt as part of their recital performance fee. Click her to access the downloadable order form.
April 29th - Recital Extra Touches due. Special DAG recital themed Flower Bouquets, Ribbon Message Board, Program Message, Recital DVD. Click her to access the downloadable order form.
April 30th - Deadline for the Recital Performance Fee due $40 per family.

May events:

May 1st tuition due. This is the last installment.
May 2-7. Picture week at DAG. Dressing Room Helpers, please try to attend the class you are volunteering for to help the teacher. Sibling pictures will be on Saturday May 7th.
May 7th - DanceArts Youth Company Saturday showcase at 4:00pm in our Black Box. Spring semester showcase with choreography by Artist in Residence - Madeline Harvey, Hernan Justo and Naina Dewan present Contemporary repertoire, and classical and neo-classical repetoire. Approx. 1 hour long showcase. Free.
May 10th - Dress Rehearsal for the Tweedle DAG cast with ALL Preparatory classes at the Bon Secour Wellness Arena. Learn more here.
May 10th - NO DanceArts Greenville classes at our studio. Because our entire staff and faculty will be at the Bon Secour Wellness Arena for Dress Rehearsal.
May 14th - Dress Rehearsal for the Tweedle DEE cast, and DAG's Recital Performance for Tweedle Dee and Tweedle DAG at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. For more information click here.
May 15th - CBT presents works in Artisphere at 5:15pm. DAYCO dancers will be performing in this in the performance. Download the schedule here WYFF-4 MAIN STAGE.

Here's the next workshop coming up THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 23rd in the style of THE SOUND OF MUSIC!

Learn Musical Theater Dance: Coaching and Feedback From
Current Broadway Performer, Paige Silvester!
Paige is currently playing Liesl in THE SOUND OF MUSIC National Tour! She has performed at the St. Louis MUNY, Pittsburg CLO, North Carolina Theatre, Sacramento Music Circus, and most recently, the 2014/15 EVITA National Tour. With a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan, Paige is an energetic and passionate teacher who encourages her students to be well-rounded, knowledgeable and hard-working performers.

Date: Saturday April 23, 2016
Time: 9 – 11 am; Includes:

1 hour and 30 min warm up & technique

15 min performance for parents

15 min Q & A: Ask Paige how to get to and perform on Broadway!

We love our NEW home and the wonderful space for our families to stay and watch classes. We do need your help in making sure that siblings are kept under control and are supervised.

Our wonderful business partners, After School +, have expressed, specifically the upstairs waiting area, that the level of sound sometimes gets too high. I just wanted you to be aware that After School + classrooms are all along the hallway that our Kelly studio is on. Please help us by keeping your friendly conversations in a quiet voice, and that siblings do not run down the hallways or shout.

BALLET BOOT CAMP – AUGUST 8TH – 12TH

This camp is designed to help get our dancers back in shape and ready to start the year with DAG. They will have classes in Core de Ballet, ballet technique and pointe work. This week will focus on body conditioning and strength building.

Ages 8 and up (we will have various levels in this camp).

Additional DAG teachers will be added to the schedule to teach the separate levels.

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm each day.

The fee for this camp is $125. Register here

The Recital Performance fee of $40.00 per family is charged in the month of April. If you have paid your tuition by a yearly or semester payments this fee has already been paid.
