For more details, please, have a look at the NEW CALL! The discussion panel will involve experts, academics and representatives of NGOs. This session analyses the increased importance of Civil Society as a platform for the Triple Helix and the role of universities in social innovation.

There are also new developments in Track 14. Triple Helix: Gender, Entrepreneurship & Diversity, which has invited members of the TRIGGER - an EU-funded gender equality project led by Birkbeck, University of London.
Prof. Helen Lawton Smith will lead the round-table discussion focusing on strategies, involving all potential stakeholders to overcome resistance to gender equality in academic science.
