Cancer Commons Connects

Keeping you updated. Keeping us connected.
"My contact is beyond outstanding. She is, by far, my best, most complete and most responsive source of information on everything related to my disease. None of my clinical doctors matches her in terms of quality, extent and timeliness of information. If every cancer patient had an advocate like her, the disease would be perceived as much more treatable and survivable. She inspires nothing but the utmost respect and credibility."
ASK Cancer Commons user

More than 1000 people have reached out to us for guidance through ASK Cancer Commons and other services. Our community of patients and caregivers is growing rapidly. As we make new connections, we're strengthening existing ones. Through Cancer Commons Connects, our new quarterly newsletter, we hope to strengthen our connection with you and keep you updated on our progress.

This Month's Stats: In the last 30 days, we have connected with 62 patients and caregivers through our ASK Cancer Commons service. So far this year, we've helped a total of 141 patients and caregivers. If you have any questions about your or a loved one’s cancer treatment, ASK Cancer Commons today.
This Month's Highlights:

Clinical Trials vs Standard Protocol: Why and How to Enroll in a Trial
A clinical trial can be a patient's best treatment option, not a last resort. Our Chief Scientist Dr. Emma Shtivelman explains why—and gives some tips on trial enrollment—in her latest Need to Know Blog post.
