Happy Monday!

I’m currently going through Tai Lopez’s 67 Steps Program, which helps you balance and optimize your health, wealth, love, and happiness, and he brought something up about goal setting that really resonated with me. 


Think with the end in mind.

This may seem obvious but goal setting can be tough. Even when you set goals it can be hard to stick to them (especially if you’ve got numerous goals.) 

Once you’ve started with the end in mind then work backwards. What do you have to do in order to make that happen? Deconstruct your goals into smaller, easier to digest goals or action steps. 


How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. 

Give yourself the best chance at becoming a goal accomplishing machine by setting yourself up with the right formula to succeed.
