Interim director of sustainability operations announced
Rob Lamppa, executive director of the UW–Madison Physical Plant, has been named the interim director of sustainability operations and new co-director of the Office of Sustainability.
Business students win Bucky's Award
The Ethical and Responsible Business Network (ERBN) was recognized for its work helping area businesses integrate sustainability goals into their operations.
Bringing clean energy to Congo
Two engineering graduate students won $90,000 in a start-up competition with a project to bring electricity to residents of Mboka Paul, a small village in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

ASM Sustainability Fair

H&M aims to collect tons of old clothing
From April 18 to April 24, H&M will give shoppers a 30 percent discount in exchange for outgrown, hole-ridden or no longer trendy garments as part of its World Recycle Week.
