The EU Referendum, or Can Britain Be its Best Self?
Alexander X. Douglas, Research Scholar at the Binzagr Institute, re-frames the British debate about the EU referendum by challenging both the Vote Leave and Britain Stronger in Europe camps to reconsider the logic and morality of their arguments. He writes, "The question for Britain should never have been construed as one of what is best for Britain. Are We Better Off?

Julianne Malveaux
Dr. Julianne Malveaux, Advisory Board member at the Binzagr Institute, published a new book titled Are We Better Off? Race, Obama and Public Policy (2016) in which she critically assesses Barack Obama's presidency and examines whether it has truly benefited the African American community. Dr. Malveaux appeared on The Tavis Smiley Show (April 5, 2016) and on The Rock Newman Show (April 7, 2016) to discuss her new book and to comment on contemporary public policy issues.
