Dear Matterport Customer: 

We will be conducting scheduled, system-wide maintenance on Monday, May 9, 2016, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm PDT.

During this time, all Matterport Spaces and 3D Showcases will remain viewable. 

You may experience the following:
  • Inability to log in to Matterport Cloud. Users who are already logged in will continue to have access to Space and account information in read-only mode.
  • Inability to order Schematic Floor Plans or save new changes. Please avoid moving Spaces, adding collaborators, or changing Space details during this time.
  • Inability to publish changes from Workshop. If you make changes during this time, you will be able to publish them once maintenance is complete.
  • Delayed uploads from the Capture app. Please confirm successful upload before deleting scans from your iPad.

We do not expect temporary service interruptions to last longer than 30 minutes during this two hour window. Once maintenance is complete, your Matterport services will be completely restored.
