Event: Help develop the Surrey Shared Care Record
What? North West Surrey CCG are developing a Surrey-wide Shared Care Record which will enable Health and Social Care professionals involved in your care to access your information in one place.

What do you think should be in this record? How much should be shared? This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

If you could give around 2 hours a month as a Community Engagement volunteer to help us gather feedback, attend events and spread the word about Healthwatch Surrey, please get in touch.
