- Tuesday, May 3, 2016, 4:30 pm at City Hall, 350 South 5th Street, Minneapolis. The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will conduct a public hearing and make a determination on Alatus LLC’s two Certificate of Appropriateness applications to allow for the demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a new mixed use building at 200 Central Avenue SE and 113 2nd Street SE in the Saint Anthony Falls Historic District. - Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 4:30 pm at City Hall, 350 South 5th Street, Minneapolis. The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will conduct a public hearing and make a determination on an application by St. Anthony Ramp LLC for a Certificate of Appropriateness applications to allow alteration to a parking ramp, including a canopy addition and signage, at the property of 201 2nd Avenue SE in the Saint Anthony Falls Historic District.
