  • Tuesday, May 3, 2016, 4:30 pm at City Hall, 350 South 5th Street, Minneapolis. The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will conduct a public hearing and make a determination on Alatus LLC’s two Certificate of Appropriateness applications to allow for the demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a new mixed use building at 200 Central Avenue SE and 113 2nd Street SE in the Saint Anthony Falls Historic District. The meeting agenda with staff reports can be viewed HERE.
  • Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 4:30 pm at City Hall, 350 South 5th Street, Minneapolis. The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) will conduct a public hearing and make a determination on an application by St. Anthony Ramp LLC for a Certificate of Appropriateness applications to allow alteration to a parking ramp, including a canopy addition and signage, at the property of 201 2nd Avenue SE in the Saint Anthony Falls Historic District.
