Our one-day conference "Health Equity: Many Voices, Shared Vision" will take place on Thursday, May 26 from 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. at the U of MN Continuing Education and Conference Center, 1890 Buford Avenue in St. Paul.

High Blood Pressure Management and Training: May 31st, 9:00 a.m. or June 23, 1:00 p.m.
Free half-day workshop for CHWs and CHW supervisors working in health promotion and chronic disease prevention. The training is designed to provide information and tools to help CHWs support clients at risk for, or with, high blood pressure. MDH staff and HCMC CHW will serve as workshop faculty.
