We have two days of great training lined up led by Debra Thompson from NAVICA.

Tuesday June 7th

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM - Training for Office Staff. This class will cover LISTING MAINTENANCE ONLY

10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Training for Brokers / Agents and Appraisers

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Training for Brokers / Agents and Appraisers

Wednesday June 8th

9:00 AM – 11:30 PM – Training for Brokers / Agents and Appraisers

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Training for Brokers / Agents and Appraisers

April Legislative Luncheon

Thank you to everyone who attended the North Central Penn Legislative Luncheon!

North Central Penn Board of Realtors® recently hosted a Legislative Luncheon in Coudersport at Kaytee’s Family Restaurant. Joining us were members from the McKean County and Elk-Cameron Boards of Realtors®. Members heard from State Senator Joe Scarnati and Rep. Martin Causer’s offices regarding state issues and the pending state budget. County Commissioners from Potter and McKean counties were also on hand to give updates on economic development and tourism plans for the future in each county.
The April 19^th event had a great turnout, with nearly 40 total members in attendance from the three boards combined. Through securing a Broker Involvement grant, members were able to enjoy lunch for free. It was an all-around terrific event! Thank you to all who attended!
