The Custom Design Process
Step 1 - Schedule an appointment with one of our designers
- You can bring in photos of styles you like and any jewellery you would like to use as a credit towards your new piece
Step 2 - Quote build and CAD drawing
- We'll measure your available stones and build a quote for the project. With your help, we will come up with a design and create a CAD drawing of the piece.
Step 3 - Review your design with us
- A second meeting will be arranged for you to view your design and discuss any changes before providing final approval. Then it's off to casting, finishing, and stone setting.
Step 4 - Pick up your masterpiece!
- We will contact you when your jewellery has been finalized and is ready for pick up. The majority of pieces are ready within 3 to 4 weeks however, time may vary in relation to the complexity of the design.
