Welcome to SPRING
Include HIGH in your fitness goals this month. @highfitnesshighgirls have adjusted the class schedule @thedancefactory_bountiful. Let us be a part of your healthy living to look and feel great! 

 

HIGH SCHEDULE

We are excited about High Fitness classes held at THE DANCE FACTORY located at 55 East 300 South in Bountiful!

Mondays: 9:30am   with Alisha Peters
Tuesdays 6:00am   with Holly Barker
Tuesdays: 9:30am   with Alisha Peters
Saturdays 9:00am   with Holly Barker NEW!

HIGH punch passes are YELLOW for Dance Factory classes. Cost is $50 for a 10 class pass. You can also drop in for only $6.00 a class! Your first class is always free!

 Classes will be Thursdays at 9:30am at The Dance Factory, starting Thursday April 28th!

 For years I've studied workouts, nutrition plans, and personally figured out what works best to help people lose weight, maintain weight, to have more energy, and to feel healthier overall! The Challenge will last 8 weeks from April 25-June 19.  I've put together a spreadsheet to track your daily habits.  I listed 6 things to do every day.  I encourage you to add 1 or 2 of your own personal goals to work on as well.  Each one is worth 1 point.  The highest you can earn is 6 points a day or 42 points a week.  The 6 habits are:
  • 100 oz. of water every day
  • 7 hours of sleep every night
  • Workout for at least 30 minutes a day/ 7 days a week (a 30 minute walk counts for Sunday)
  • Keep a daily Food Journal
  • No eating past 8:00 p.m.
  • And my favorite and most effective....NO WHITE SUGAR OR WHITE FLOUR
     Another big rule is, NO WEIGHING YOURSELF!  You can take before pics, progress pics, and weigh yourself at the end, but I've done this enough times and worked with many people that say the scale can be discouraging and push you off the wagon.  Stay off it for 8 weeks.  Take measurements or get your body fat % tested too.  
     If you want in, I'm going to charge a very small fee, mostly to make my husband happy (:  I have two options to choose from:
  1. $30.00 for 8 weeks which equals out to $3.75 a week!  This includes my weight workout class which I will hold on THURSDAYS AT 9:30 A.M. at the DANCE FACTORY IN BOUNTIFUL.  If you can't make that, you are welcome to come to one of my HIGH FITNESS classes instead.  I teach on Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m and I'm going to add a SATURDAY 9:00 a.m. class as well!!  I'll also have everyone total their weekly points for me each week and I'll send out the standings each week.  At the end of the challenge, the top 3 winners will receive PRIZES AND GOODIES!
  2. $50.00 for 8 weeks which is $6.25 a week.  This will include the above plus a nutrition plan each week!  Every week I'll email everyone 4 different menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!  

     I'm all about being simple when it comes to health and fitness.  It doesn't have to be hard.  Follow these 6 steps every day and pretty soon they will become habits that will stay with you long after the 8 weeks.  Let's do this!  Let me know if you want IN asap or if you have any questions!!!  SPREAD THE WORD!!!
