REDCap Help Available at Weekly Drop-ins Starting June 1

Would you like guidance on the development of your REDCap database or survey? Need help with data import, export, reporting and testing? Beginning on June 1, Tufts CTSI will offer expert REDCap assistance at our Research Help Drop-in Sessions held every Wednesday from 8:00-9:00AM at 35 Kneeland Street, 10th Floor, Boston.

The Drop-in Sessions, hosted by the Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design (BERD) Center, provide an opportunity for researchers to get help with their study design and statistical analysis, and to improve their research processes.

Researchers seeking help with REDCap should have a REDCap account (to request one, please use our online form). It would also be helpful to first view the REDCap summary video and the REDCap seminar (listed under Biomedical Informatics).

REDCap assistance available at Drop-in Sessions will include:
  • Resolving issues with REDCap application and use
  • Assisting with questions related to data import/export, reporting and testing
  • Providing advice on database or survey development
  • Reviewing projects to provide guidance on instrument design and field type validations.
Not able to attend a Drop-in Session? Request REDCap help via our online form.
