GIFT's new association with P4P will bring additional resources to our adoptive and foster families. Partnerships for Permanence works with young people and adult professionals within the child welfare system to either find or create ways to encourage collaboration and deeper engagement so that more successful permanency and transitions into adulthood for young people result.
P4P's guiding principal that "every young person deserves to have their voice to be heard ... to ensure they play an active role in guiding the course of their own future" resonates with GIFT. As coaches we understand the importance of living life intentionally and the importance of being heard.
