Dear all,

On Wednesday (August 3rd) the Civic Trust has arranged a presentation event about the plans for the new Sheffield Retail Quarter. The team behind the new plans will be presenting details of the new city centre retail scheme to us and taking our questions. The event is open to all of our members and supporters so we hope you will be able to join us

The event will take place on Wednesday 3rd August at 6.30pm at The Circle on Rockingham Lane in the city centre (S1 4FW). Click here for a map and full travel information.
If you can attend please RSVP by email to info@sheffieldcivictrust.org.uk Apologies for the short notice but the event was only able to be confirmed in the last few days.

New plans for the first phase of the Retail Quarter were announced last month and a four week consultation period is currently underway and ends on August 9th. Full details are in this new consultation leaflet and briefing note. The first phase will focus on the site of the Grosvenor Hotel which is due to start being demolished in August.
