preventable spinal cord injury (2007) left me with
Lumbar and Thoracic Spinal Adhesive Arachnoiditis.

On the first day of the program, the Week One program email will be delivered to all members on the Program List from SheilaLynnK Art Studio’s  Mail chimp server. You will receive a new activity, delivered via this method, each week for the next seven weeks.
