HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is pleased to offer a series of one-day trainings that will cover the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) regulations for rental housing including funding, eligibility, construction, and long term compliance. This training expands on the Building HOME training basics and takes a more in depth look at the program requirements including implementing rental program changes based on the August 2013 HOME Final Rule.

Who Should Attend?
This training is intended for HOME participating jurisdiction (PJ) staff, subrecipients, state recipients, and consortium members. This training will be particularly helpful for staff responsible for long term compliance.
Because of space limitations, participation is limited to two registrants per PJ. Additional registrants will be waitlisted and confirmed as space is available.
There will be no geographic limitations or local preferences for registration; however, HUD encourages participants to attend the closest training session.
